Many skin manifestations of endocrinopathies are reversible under the influence of hormone replacement therapy and other treatment methods. It is quite clear that in this case the cosmetic effect will be useless and will only discredit the method and the dermatocosmetologist.

Human maturation and sexual activity would not be possible without the work of the gonads, or gonads, which include the male testicles and the female ovaries. In small children, sex hormones are produced in small amounts, but as the body matures, at a certain point there is a rapid increase in the level of sex hormones, and then male hormones (androgens) and female hormones (estrogens) cause secondary sex characteristics in a person.

Lack of testosterone causes characteristic manifestations: muscles of the cheeks are sluggish, paleness, dry eyes, dull vision, small wrinkles around the lips, eyes, on the cheeks, thin mustache and beard, flabby body, hunched back, bulging stomach, fat on the thighs, absence of chest and stomach hair. Characteristic fatigue during the day, prone to depression, timidity, loss of self-confidence, excited state, anxiety, restless sleep, forgetfulness, lack of creativity, lack of flexibility in behavior and decision-making, flushing, loss of sexual desire, weak erection and ejaculation, lack of sensitivity of the clitoris.

With an excess of androgens, vulgar acne, androgenetic alopecia, and hirsutism develop in women. Characterized by overdeveloped musculature, a strong male odor, greasy hair, excessive aggressiveness, increased sexuality, which interferes with normal life.

Estradiol, the so-called hormone of femininity, gives roundness to female forms, smoothes wrinkles, gives softness to facial features, moisturizes eyes, gives shine and radiant look. Promotes joy, gaiety, good mood, the birth of the desire for love and sexual activity, provides enthusiasm, ardor, and physical endurance. Hair loss on the top of the head, small wrinkles around the eyes and mouth, dry dull eyes, irritated eyelids, droopy breasts, male pattern hair loss, droopy hips and buttocks, vaginal dryness are noted for the lack of estradiol.
