In focus: combination gel for the treatment of mild to moderate acne
Effective inhibition of bacterial growth, including P. acnes. acnes

Zerkalin Intensive is a combination gel for the treatment of acne containing clindamycin 1% and benzoyl peroxide 5%. The product provides antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and comedonolytic action and reduces the risk of resistance.
Zerkalin Intensive is indicated for mild to moderate acne in adults and children from 12 years of age. It has antibacterial action (Propionibacterium acnes, most anaerobic Gram-positive bacteria and protozoa), inhibits comedon formation (by reducing the concentration of free fatty acids), and also has anti-inflammatory action.
Clindamycin inhibits the development of bacteria that provoke rashes. Benzoyl peroxide has antiseptic action and cleanses pores. Gel base moisturizes the skin. The drug is applied once a day, the course of up to 12 weeks.
Advantages to Zerkalin:
• effectively reduces the growth of bacteria, including P. aspes;
• low resistance of bacteria to clindamycin, as well as the absence of cross-resistance with erythromycin ensure high efficacy in the treatment of acne;
• alcohol base of the drug has an additional antiseptic effect, and also promotes deeper penetration of the active ingredient into the skin;
• the drug can be used in periods of increased sun activity, including summer - does not increase the risk of photosensitivity of the skin;
• built-in dropper in the cap of the bottle helps to use the drug sparingly;
• affordable price per package allows the patient to start treatment in time, without delaying the purchase of the drug; without a prescription.
