Anatomy of the face. "Danger zones" and correction of the lower and middle third of the face
Possibilities of using contour plastic
For the sustainable development of a specialist in aesthetic medicine, it is necessary to improve one's skills. Tetyana Yurchenko shares her knowledge with colleagues.
Hyaluronic acid is a high-molecular polysaccharide with an unbranched main chain consisting of alternating β-(1-4)-glucuronic acid sequences and β-(1-3)-N-acetylglucosamine components. It is mainly produced by fibroblasts and other specialized cells of connective tissue. It plays a structural role in the connective tissue matrix and participates in various intercellular interactions.
Hyaluronic acid is part of healthy skin (56%), in the interstitium of parenchymal organs, in the musculoskeletal system (35%), umbilical cord, blood, lymph (9%). It is present in high concentration in the synovial fluid and is responsible for the normal preservation of water and lubrication of the joint. The amount of hyaluronic acid decreases in tissues with age-related changes and pathological processes.
PHILLEX® is the first preparation with spatial organization of the hyaluronic acid molecule (4D-matrix technology). This drug is monophasic with lidocaine.
Tatyana Yurchenko, delving into the anatomical course, tells in detail about the possibilities of using contour plastic with the help of PHILLEX® in the practice of a cosmetologist.
