There are many varieties of gouache massage techniques — they appeared in the East many centuries ago and continue to develop today. The author's technique presented in the article is a worthy alternative to surgical plastic surgery and injection techniques. If the procedure is carried out correctly, the technique has virtually no contraindications or side effects.

Guasha is an ancient massage technique, a practice that came from oriental medicine. In addition to a powerful rejuvenating effect, it has a positive effect on the functioning of internal organs through their projection onto the skin, gives a lymphatic drainage effect, works on an energy level, and allows you to work the muscles deeply. In addition, the gouache Face massage technique is a good alternative to botulinum therapy, since, unlike botulinum toxin, it does not «freeze» the muscles, maintaining a natural facial expression, with emotions, but at the same time rejuvenating.

There are many types of scrapers for guasha massage: made of natural wood, agate, quartz. But jade is considered the best option — jade is a sacred stone in the East. Jade perfectly absorbs negative energy and, most importantly, works the muscles deeply without harm to health. The advantage of massage is that it is suitable for both men and women at any age — from 20 to 70.
