Correct eyebrows - what are they? Basics of permanent makeup

“The main thing for eyebrows is naturalness,” any PM master will tell you.

When choosing the shape of the eyebrows, the permanent makeup master should always rely on his experience and select exactly the option that will emphasize the dignity of the client's appearance.

Eyebrows are perhaps the most important facial feature. This opinion is shared by most professional makeup artists. An eyebrow that has been given the desired shape can change the appearance of a person beyond recognition, as well as plastic surgery, a fashionable haircut or unusual makeup. It is they who can make the face proportional, open and well-groomed, or, conversely, overly harsh and frowning. If you choose the right shape of the eyebrows, the eyes will visually increase, the forehead will become higher, the nose will be thinner. A professional make-up artist or permanent make-up artist's clients are literally getting younger before our very eyes.

All women love to tint their eyebrows. Their assistant in this matter, along with ink and pencil, tattooing is increasingly becoming. We will not get tired of repeating both to clients who are going to have a permanent makeup procedure and to novice masters: tattooing is a very responsible business, starting which one should “measure a hundred times”.

The main thing for eyebrows is naturalness. Bright eyebrows are suitable in isolated cases, so rarely anyone decides to do them. Basically, before the eyebrow tattooing session, the masters receive a request: so that the eyebrows do not stand out, but simply give the face a general grooming.

When choosing an eyebrow shape for your client, remember that fashion is momentary - so you should not offer everyone the “eyebrow of the season”. And the option “eyebrows like a star” is also not always suitable. After all, the owner of the eyebrows that your client liked chose them for herself, but at the same time she came to a specialist for advice!

So you should always rely on your experience as a master and choose exactly the option that will emphasize the dignity of your client's appearance, depending on the type of face, hair color and even character.

Eyebrows and face shape

If the face is round or prone to fullness, offer the client natural eyebrows: not too thin and long enough. Make the beginning of the eyebrow twice as wide as its tip.
For clients with a wide forehead and a narrow chin, the eyebrows should be naturally shaped, but not too wide and thick, otherwise the upper part of the face will look heavy.
For an oval elongated face, not too long and straight eyebrows are suitable: a strong bend can visually lengthen the face. And if you want to soften a square face or heavy chin, make your eyebrows as wide as possible, with a curve to the outer corners of the eyes - this will divert attention from the lower part of the face.

The universal wing-shaped eyebrow suits almost everyone. This shape is characterized by a wide base at the inner corner and a slightly raised upper line that ends at the level of the outer corner of the eye.

Professionals usually begin their work by creating an ideal shape on the face, in his opinion, for the client, determining the width, length and the place where the bend should be.

Nuances of color

When choosing a color, it is recommended to be guided by the type of face and skin color. For example, the owner of bright red hair categorically does not go with gray eyebrows - but you can try numerous options for brown, and the natural color of the eyebrows usually suits blondes. As for other tones, the choice will depend on the type of skin: on one, warmer ones look better, on the other, colder ones. But a very cold bluish-lilac scale (including cold gray) does not suit almost anyone.
By the way, the wrong color selection is one of the most insidious pitfalls on the way to creating perfect eyebrows. Even the costs of the form are not as conspicuous as the “wrong color”, which immediately focuses attention on the eyebrows. And they, as we remember, should not stand out on the face. For this reason, masters with experience, even for burning brunettes, categorically refuse to make black eyebrows: let the eyes or lips be more noticeable.

We solve aesthetic problems

A visit to a professional tattoo specialist is the best way out for those who have a non-standard or difficult situation with their eyebrows. For example, one of them is damaged by a scar, or the hairs grow unevenly, or partial alopecia is present. All these aesthetic flaws can be well masked with permanent makeup. Eyebrows artificially created in this way are also a solution for those who have pronounced facial asymmetry or no eyebrows at all. Eliminating such shortcomings, a person gets rid of complexes, because of which he previously experienced constant stress. So permanent make-up has not only wide aesthetic possibilities - it also helps to solve serious psychological problems.
