Waiting for spring: Huda Beauty pastel makeup collection

The Huda Beauty brand presents a new collection, Pastel Obsessions, which will consist exclusively of airy, delicate and spring pastel shades. Already in March, three miniature eyeshadow palettes will go on sale, and each will include nine shades in a specific color scheme.

The Pastel Obsessions trio includes mini palettes Rose, Mint and Lilac, each containing five matte shades and three metallic colors with a velvety texture and a finish the brand calls "jelly." In addition, the palette includes one shade of shimmering shadows with a marble pattern, new to the brand’s palette.

“Each of the palettes has a unique composition created from a variety of iridescent pearls that create a multi-dimensional effect,” says Huda Kattan . “You have the option of choosing a subtle sheen, a highly pigmented matte, or creating a combination look with a little bit of both.”

Each shade of the palette can be used separately or combined with others. But Huda recommends starting by choosing one matte color and applying it all over your lid and crease. Then, using your finger, apply the marbled shade from the palette to the middle of the eyelid using gentle circular motions. To give your eyelids a radiant look, the makeup artist advises finishing off your makeup with one of the metallic shades.

Huda Beauty Pastel Obsessions eyeshadow palettes will be available for $29 on the brand's official website starting March 1st.
