Almost all blonde clients dream of a pure, virtually white shade of blonde. However, to create such a blonde, you need to lighten your hair well so that you can tint the desired shade.

Scandinavian blonde gained popularity several years ago and received its name due to its very light, almost icy shade. This shade is similar to platinum, but the difference is that Scandinavian blonde is cooler. It is also called “Nordic”.

In order to create any shade of blonde , you need to take into account many nuances: UGT (tone depth level) with which you are working, the condition of the client’s hair, the desired result. It is necessary to diagnose the hair and find out its “history”. Often the lightest, almost transparent shades are achieved by bleaching curls with powders, powders, creams or pastes.

You also need to remember that any hair has a reserve and not everyone can withstand the load in the form of bleaching products. To find out whether it is possible to work with a particular product, you need to make a test strand. Test strands are selected from different parts of the head and dyed with 6% powder for 15-20 minutes. And only then can you determine whether the hair will withstand the next load in the form of bleaching along its entire length.

Cold blonde, like the Scandinavian one, is created in two stages: the first stage is lightening, the second is toning. The whiter the result is desired, the cleaner the base should be. Lightened strands should have a minimum amount of yellow pigment remaining, allowing it to be completely neutralized using tinting.

If we talk about the client’s color type, then these Scandinavian blondes are best suited for very light or alabaster skin.
