Revision collection as an experiment with new products
From Chung-Yang Su
Changing the workplace, the team and what the master is used to in his work entails a re-evaluation of everything. This collection is an experiment in working with new people and products.
The creator of the collection, Chung-Yang Su, comments on his inspiration for the images: “This is a year of change for me. Having changed my job in one salon, where I worked for more than 9 years, to another, I began a completely new stage of life with other people in an unfamiliar environment.
In addition to the new environment, I had to deal with problems associated with various products and treatments that I had been using for over 15 years, and in the new salon everything changed.
Such obstacles brought about by change are fearful. But it also brings a new level of attention and engagement to the industry.
There has been a re-evaluation of how I work, not only from moving to a new color or style, but also from working with new people in a different salon, different culture and different environment. It's about taking a different look at what direction my career will take and where I want to be.
The REVision collection is more about experience and experimenting with new products and colors, working alongside new team members, building relationships coupled with creating different looks from an altered state of mind.”
