Paris Fashion Week is over, but we still continue to be inspired by the makeup options that makeup artists around the world have proposed for fall-winter 2020.

Twice a year, Paris Fashion Week ends the month of style and beauty with the most luxurious collections. We don't miss the opportunity to sneak a peek at the best makeup looks from the catwalks to take note of the makeup trends that will rule the roost in fall and winter 2020.

Giambattista Valli

Isamaya French was responsible for the makeup of the models at the Giambattista Valli show. To create a wow effect, she used large sparkling crystals, placing them around the girls' eyes. The makeup artist helped the makeup artist achieve a moist effect on the skin, give the eyes even more expressiveness (with the help of a gray pencil on the mucous membrane), and the lips with volume using MAC brand products.

Altuzarra

Makeup artist Tom Pecheux always creates elegant makeup looks that can be safely used in everyday life. For the Altuzarra show, he chose colorful makeup with cat eyes, using two shades of eyeshadow: blue-green and purple-pink. Tom first applied foundation and concealer before shaping his eyebrows. He then used a black liner to shape the eyes and used a damp brush to apply MAC's Dazzleshadow Extreme in Celebutante to the inner corners of the eyes and Emerald Cut to the outer corners.

Dior

Traditionally, the creative director of the brand, Peter Philips, was responsible for makeup at the Dior show. Various interpretations of the black arrow were a wonderful solution that fit perfectly into the concept of the image. Peter used Diorshow On Stage Liner to create eye makeup, and Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation to even out the skin tone and give it a dewy effect. The makeup artist made the arrows deliberately imperfect and rough to add bold and decisive notes to the overall look.

Valentino

To complement the luxurious outfits from the Valentino collection, Pat McGrath created spectacular makeup, focusing on the eyes. She emphasized them with sweeping lines using her Perma Precision eyeliner, which she drew under the brows and along the upper and lower eyelids. Pat also used tiny black crystals between the lines and in the inner corner of the eyes. The perfect complexion and translucent lip balm helped complete the beauty look.

Saint Laurent

Without a doubt, red lipstick remains one of the favorites in 2020. This is exactly what Tom Pecheux relied on when creating makeup for the Saint Laurent show in the style of the 80s. The makeup artist points out that the skin must look flawless, so preliminary care is extremely important. To create a bright lip makeup, Tom used YSL Slim lipstick in a beautiful red shade No. 21. “The lips in this makeup are so strong and powerful that you don’t need to apply makeup to your eyes,” the makeup artist commented.
