At the end of June, Kylie Minogue published good news for all beautyholics on her Instagram page - she has renewed her line of cosmetics and is releasing new products under the KYLIE brand. This event once again fueled the confrontation between the two namesakes - Kylie Minogue and Kylie Jenner.

As it turned out, the conflict between the two celebrities has existed for five years. In 2014, both stars sent their beauty projects to the US Patent and Trademark Office. The singer's lawyers provided the court with several reasons why the Kylie Jenner brand should be called differently. Firstly, the Australian has repeatedly released cosmetics, perfumes and clothing under her own name. Secondly, she is not only an internationally recognized celebrity, but also a humanitarian and activist. Thirdly, the creation of the Kardashian sister’s eponymous brand could have influenced the image of Kylie Minogue. As a result, Kylie Jenner's application was rejected, and her brand was renamed Kylie Cosmetics in 2016. In 2017, the reality star's lawyers decided to appeal this decision in court. A few days ago it became known that Kylie Jenner lost her case again, but this does not stop her - she is launching a new brand called Kylie Baby, and its products will be intended for children and parents.
