During Milan Fashion Week, Gucci presented its debut mascara at its own show.

Most likely, you have already seen the powdery pink tube of the new mascara from the Gucci brand on social networks. The brand impressively presented a new product during the show of the fall-winter 2020/`21 collection. The main feature of the models' makeup was the mascara that spread across the face.

“Today we use mascara in unexpected ways. It’s easy to repeat this beauty look and it doesn’t require tears! We put a dot on the bottom row of eyelashes, then using a cotton swab dipped in water, draw streaks of different widths and lengths,” says the brand’s global makeup artist Thomas de Klyver.

Gucci Mascara L'Obscur is like push-up lingerie in the world of mascaras: it shows off what you've got without making your lashes look too thick. The beauty product makes eyelashes longer and more defined, but at the same time leaves them with a natural and natural look.

In the Gucci advertising campaign, Thomas de Klyver coated the model's eyelashes with a generous amount of mascara and they began to clump together for a rock 'n' roll vibe. “I love to see makeup on men and women that makes them feel strong and empowered,” says the makeup artist.

He recommends either using mascara sparingly to show off the real shape and length of your lashes, or layering it thickly for a punk rock effect.

"What makes this mascara so fundamental is its versatility," says Thomas.

Gucci Beauty L'Obscur Mascara costs $35 and can be purchased at sephora.com.
