In the hairdressing world, from time to time new trends appear or old trends return.

In one of its articles, HJ magazine recalled the long-standing trend of dyeing in two colors, which British singer Dua Lipa once reminded everyone of.

This is the complete opposite of a soft color like balayage. The two-tone dyeing trend is based on the principle of combining contrasting colors such as black and white or bright fashionable ones such as blue, green or pink.

Nicola Clarke's team of colorists worked hard to change the look from a striking black bob to two-tone coloring.

What are the financial benefits of the trend for hairdressers?

“This popular trend means 'right here, right now,'” says Warren Boodaghian, chief technology officer at HOB Salons.

Dying in two colors suggests that the client will see his hairdresser more often. “This technique requires high technical skills. 50/50 coloring requires constant maintenance and care, which means frequent visits to the salon. This greatly increases traffic, attracts regular customers and increases profits. But when you sell such a service, you must remember the main thing - to create all the necessary conditions to satisfy the client’s wishes,” shares Warren Boodaghian.
