Correction and coloring of eyebrows with gel paint: step-by-step technology

Before you start tinting your eyebrows, it is important to correctly build the shape and correctly perform the correction . Only harmonious eyebrows will frame a girl’s face and emphasize the dignity of her appearance.

How to properly prepare the skin and hairs before applying paint , how to draw a model of the form, how to achieve the desired shade of gel paint and how long it needs to be kept - all these nuances of work are demonstrated in step-by-step technology by our expert Mila Tormasova.

Step 1. Model before tinting eyebrows. Let's analyze: the eyes are set wide (the beginning of the eyebrows need to be brought closer together), the face shape is square, so you should not use sharp corners and pull out the kinks, so as not to make the temporal area even wider.

Step 2. Using ELAN Blackwood brush No. 6, apply Cleansing detox mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with a bactericidal effect - it removes all traces of cosmetics, disinfects eyebrows and skin in the work area. Remove any remaining product with a cotton pad moistened with water.

Step 3. Using an ELAN B01 powder pencil, we draw a layout of the future shape of the eyebrows and coordinate it with the client.

Step 4. We begin the correction using ELAN Gold tweezers - it is almost impossible for them to injure the skin, but at the same time it pulls out even small “stumps” and easily grabs the fluff.

Step 5. We agree on the desired shade and color depth with the client. Mix ELAN gel paint, apply it using an ELAN Blackwood brush No. 2 and, if necessary, level the line with a dry ELAN Blackwood brush No. 3. Let the paint sit for 1-7 minutes and wash off the dye with water.

Step 6. Using a cotton swab soaked in tonic to remove paint from the skin, go over the beginning of the eyebrow and around to make sure that there is no paint left on the skin. We apply a leave-in color fixative fluid to the eyebrows as the final stage of the eyebrow tinting procedure.
