BAFTA 2021: top 3 makeup looks of stars and how to repeat them

The 2021 BAFTA Awards ceremony took place in London at the Royal Albert Hall - it was from here that the hosts of the event and film stars announced the winners to the whole world. All nominees and invited celebrities joined the ceremony via video link due to the quarantine that is still in effect in the country.

However, lockdown is not a hindrance to beauty! Famous beauties wore luxurious outfits especially for the virtual red carpet, and, of course, they were destined to be complemented by stylish hairstyles and fashionable makeup options. We have chosen three makeup looks that are definitely worth repeating this spring season, taking cues from the stars.

Emphasis on lips

Indian actress, fashion model and singer Priyanka Chopra chose a seductive crimson jacket and cherry lipstick to complement it. The colorful berry shade is one of our spring favorites, so we recommend following the star's lead and choosing a rich lipstick for a night out (even a virtual one). Don't forget to use a pencil of the right shade to highlight the shape of your lips.

For eye makeup, Priyanka chose a beautiful golden shade of eyeshadow and a shaded arrow along the lash line. False eyelashes helped complement the makeup, giving the look even more expressiveness. Emphasized eyebrows, a warm blush on the apples of the cheeks and a little highlighter on the prominent parts of the face - and makeup like a star is ready!

Arrows and nude

British actress and “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor chose a classic makeup look for the 2021 BAFTA awards ceremony. The first thing the celebrity makeup artist did was work on the perfect shade and texture of Phoebe’s skin. A barely noticeable touch of blush brush added life to the look.

In eye makeup, the actress preferred a neat arrow with a small ponytail. Choose a lengthening mascara that will help replicate the makeup of the star, giving a natural effect. And the final chord is nude lips, which succinctly complement the image.

Ode to Flower

Australian actress Rose Byrne, like Priyanka Chopra, decided not to deny herself bright colors. Rich crimson lips became the main accent of her makeup look, attracting all the attention. But the colorful games didn’t end there – the star’s makeup artist Kathie Lee used draping to highlight the actress’s cheekbones and give her cheeks a spectacular blush.

For eye makeup, the makeup artist created a light haze at the lash line of the upper eyelid, emphasized the lower eyelid with a dark pencil and tinted her eyelashes with black mascara to visually open up her eyes. Beautifully tinted and styled eyebrows completed the look.
