Animated collection: the work of a finalist of the AIPP Awards 2019-2020
Technoworld of the future
The XXL team took second place in the AIPP Awards 2019-2020 in the “Best Video” category and became a finalist in the prestigious Spanish Figaro Awards 2019 competition.
There are different ways to present a collection at a competition. Alternatively, these could be creative photographs or a bright behind-the-scenes video. But the guys from the XXL team went further. They created an impressive animated video - a cartoon, the main characters of which were models in different images.
The collection is inspired by the evolution and transformation of the technological world, the consequences of which will bring as much light as shadow to the society of the future. Based on the latest trends, the authors used the darkest tones in the roots to create depth.
Along the length from the roots there are pastel colors that combine effectively with the gray shade of the shaved temples. The futurism of the images is emphasized by the haircut, the clear straight lines of which are reinforced by the undercut.
