90s style makeup: what you need to know about the new KKW Beauty collection?

Kim Kardashian is launching a new makeup collection inspired by one of beauty's most iconic decades: the '90s. The new release from KKW Beauty is all about matte formulas that contrast with the shine and shine that have made a comeback in fashion over the past few years.

On her Instagram account, Kim published a post and shared her emotions: “I am so excited to present my new collection of matte formulas created in the 90s - Matte Smoke & Matte Cocoa!!! I'm inspired by '90s makeup and am thrilled that this collection evokes nostalgia for that time."

The collection includes two eyeshadow palettes in 10 shades, six lipsticks in a new matte formula, six matte lip liners and five eyeliners - all divided into two colorways: Matte Smoke and Matte Cocoa.

Matte Smoke showcases darker colors including matte black, navy and gray eyeshadows, black, deep blue and white eyeliners, creamy brown shades of lipsticks and lip liners. Matte Cocoa includes brown-beige and pink-peach eyeshadow shades, brown and nude eyeliner, as well as chocolate, dusty pink and beige lipstick and liner shades.

All new items will appear on the brand’s website this Friday! The cost of beauty products varies from 10 to 45 dollars.
