Variants of classification
The Glogau classification of wrinkles is most often used:
- superficial (age 28-35 years) - unexpressed wrinkles, without keratosis, do not require or require a small amount of cosmetics;
- small (35-50 years old) - surface dynamic wrinkles with initial signs of actinic keratosis, a small amount of cosmetics is required;
- moderate (age 50-60 years) static wrinkles, skin pigmentation disorders due to telangiectasia and actinic keratosis, it is always necessary to apply cosmetics;
- pronounced (65-70 years old) - pronounced wrinkles, photoaging, gravitational changes in the skin, actinic keratosis with or without skin cancer, requiring significant application of cosmetics.
The initial stage of elastosis is characterized by light textural changes with minimal wrinkles. The middle stage is yellow staining of individual skin papillae (papillary elastosis). Pronounced elastosis is characterized by confluent areas of hyperpigmentation.
