Principles of whitening
The effectiveness of skin lightening measures is determined by a correctly established diagnosis, as well as by a well-chosen tactic to correct hyperpigmentation with a mandatory combination of professional and home care. What to pay attention to when bleaching congenital and acquired hypermelanosis?
When solving the problem of correction of hypermelanosis, the beautician should take into account the individual characteristics of melanogenesis, finding out whether the melanocytes are in a normal functional state, characteristic of this type of skin, or whether their hyperreactivity is observed.
When bleaching congenital hypermelanoses and natural constitutional pigmentation, one should take into account the fact that melanocytes have a common embryonic origin with tissue neurons, and by influencing melanogenesis, we simultaneously touch the nervous system, which is important for human health. It is advisable to determine the type of hyperpigmentation, to find out whether it is temporary, caused by pregnancy, taking pharmaceuticals.
