By the way, he will definitely notice this - because it should be noted that emotionally burned out is a violation of the professional and life activities of mentally healthy people, and, as you know, mentally healthy people differ from sick people in that they are aware that they are sick and can look at themselves from the outside.

As a rule, the main qualities of people who have experienced emotional burnout are a responsible attitude towards work, diligence, etc. Mostly these are people prone to perfectionism. That is why they give all their strength to work. Therefore, the first piece of advice: you should realize that life is not only about work, and it is not necessary to be the best always and in everything.

It is also necessary to relax - if you constantly concentrate on one type of activity, after a while the activity begins to take over, defeating itself. Tension accumulates in the body.
