Special project "Stress Defense"

The purpose of the project:

• to increase the stress resistance of people, communities and the whole society thanks to informing about the problem of stress against the background of military actions in Ukraine;
• understand and talk about the problem of stress, learn to recognize the threatening conditions associated with it;
• build the necessary behavior during a stressful period and provide assistance in critical situations.

As part of the "Stress Defense: Ukrainian recipe" project, we conduct live broadcasts and online discussions with leading experts of Ukraine and Europe, all the results of the project are covered in articles, interviews, lectures, guidelines and other formats on the BHUB Magazine and PRO Cosmetology portals.
