Intensive chemical peeling in an outpatient setting
Median peeling with trichloroacetic acid is a popular and effective procedure in aesthetic medicine salons and clinics. However, any damage to the skin is fraught with consequences. Therefore, in carrying out this peeling, all stages are important, including post-peeling rehabilitation.

Damage procedures currently occupy an important place in the practice of a dermatocosmetologist. Most often, chemical agents (acids) are used for damage. They have a high therapeutic potential and aesthetic results. The most intensive chemical peel in an outpatient setting is the median TCA peel. Existing peeling systems make it possible to simply perform a median peeling procedure.
But it must be taken into account that such a level of damage requires a sufficiently high biological resource from the skin. It is the rehabilitation period that is the most difficult and unpredictable. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good understanding of the morphological and functional changes in the skin that occur under the influence of TCA during the peeling and post-peeling period.
