Intimate contour plastic surgery: minimally invasive techniques using mesothreads

Cosmetologists and aesthetic doctors, performing such delicate procedures as epilation and depilation of the intimate area, can sometimes help their patient not only recognize the problem in time and consult a doctor, but also learn something new that can improve the quality of intimate life.

Aesthetic medicine is constantly evolving, and many women have begun to pay attention not only to the appearance of the face, but also to the intimate area. Thanks to the unique techniques that I developed (combining two specialties - gynecologist and dermatovenerologist), it became possible to solve many issues that concern women in this area in a minimally invasive way.

What exactly can bother a woman in the intimate area and why? What can a woman and her sexual partner notice? This:

  • laxity of the labia - can be associated both with age-related changes and can occur in young girls who adhere to low-calorie diets;
  • hyperpigmentation of the labia - can occur from the use of lubricants, as well as in the last trimester of pregnancy;
  • asymmetry of the labia majora - can be either congenital or acquired, for example, after a traumatic birth.

If a woman listens to herself and regularly visits a gynecologist, then she can recognize internal problems in the intimate area.

  • For example, vaginal dryness, which manifests itself not only in older women, but also after curettage of the uterus, removal of polyps, or with frequent sanitization with vaginal suppositories.
  • Sexual dissatisfaction, which has many indicators. The reason may be an unexpressed area of the clitoris and G-spot. As well as an enlarged vulvar ring (often found after childbirth), due to which the vaginal walls cannot tightly enclose the penis; during sexual intercourse, air enters the vagina and unpleasant “popping” sounds are produced.
  • An enlarged vulvar ring can lead to a problem of a different nature - frequent cystitis. This is due to the descent of the urethral opening into the vagina with loss of tone of the vulvar ring.
  • Frequent itching and unpleasant odor indicate the presence of bacterial vaginosis.

All of the above problems can be solved without pain and tears in a minimally invasive way. To do this, you need to contact a competent doctor who has undergone special training in intimate contouring.

Let's open the curtain a little and look at how to solve the above problems with one intimate contouring procedure. The secret is simple - you need to know the anatomy and physiology of the woman’s genital organs.

The point is that the vulvar ring must be closed, that is, the genital slit must close tightly so that bacteria from the external environment, alien to the vaginal flora, cannot penetrate inside and cause bacterial vaginosis in a woman. My methodology is based on this fact.

In addition to HA-based fillers, I use the best developments in the beauty industry. She was the first in Ukraine to risk using PDO mesothreads in the intimate area. And, having received excellent results, I developed schemes for introducing mesothreads, which I use in my medical practice.

Why did I decide to use them in this area? Mesothreads not only affect the turgor of the labia, eliminating flabbiness and sagging, but also act as conductors. Due to this, it is possible to introduce mesopreparations and PRP to eliminate pigmentation, as well as improve the quality of the skin of the labia. Using this method in the intimate area, we can easily combine two (or even more) procedures at once, which allows us to solve several problems at once in a minimally invasive way.

Absolutely cosmetic procedures, such as superficial peeling, can also be used in the intimate area. This technique can be used not only by dermatologists, but also by specialists who do not have the opportunity to perform injections. Cosmetologists and estheticians much more often encounter various problems of the intimate area during hair removal procedures. Bacterial vaginosis can be recognized by a pungent odor and the client can be referred to a gynecologist. And if there is visible asymmetry of the labia, or with complaints about dissatisfaction with sex, you can advise the client to seek help from doctors who are familiar with the procedure of intimate contouring. Doctors who are familiar with the world of women's health and are able to help their patients painlessly and efficiently solve problems in the intimate area using the best developments.

I will give examples from my practice of how the above listed tasks in the intimate area are solved.

Example 1.

The patient, 38 years old, complained of popping sounds during sexual intercourse, frequent bacterial vaginosis and deformity after episiotomy during childbirth, which healed by secondary intention. She categorically refused surgical correction.

After the examination, it was decided to perform intimate contouring using mesothreads and fillers:

  • filler (2 ml) was used to correct the area of the labia majora, the G spot, the clitoral hood area, the posterior wall of the vagina, and the perineal area;
  • The labia majora, the posterior wall of the vagina and the perineum were reinforced with mesothreads.

The patient noted a positive result not only in physical changes, but also in an improvement in psychological state and sexual life.

Example 2.

A 62-year-old patient came to me with complaints about:

  • dissatisfaction with sex;
  • enlarged labia minora;
  • popping sounds during intercourse;
  • frequent bacterial vaginosis.

After examination and examination, it was decided to combine 3 procedures into one:

  • surgical labiaplasty of the labia minora;
  • reinforcement of the labia majora and vaginal opening with smooth threads;
  • correction of the volume of the G-spot, clitoral hood area and labia majora with filler (2 ml).

The patient was satisfied with the procedure. But what surprised me more was the call from her husband with gratitude for the new quality of sex life: “Better than in my youth.”

Advise your clients to listen to themselves and their bodies, and promptly contact specialists with gynecological problems, because they can be solved quickly, painlessly and efficiently. In the arsenal of aesthetic medicine there is such a method as intimate contour plastic surgery using mesothreads.
