Who is to blame and what to do? The classic question that arises on the horizon at the first signs of conflict situations with the client does not escape the business of aesthetic medicine.

Taking into account the fact that our business is a client-oriented service, solving various conflict situations is an organic part of the routine work of any specialist.

Causes of conflicts

At the heart of a huge pool of real conflicts (that is, organic ones, we will not talk about the psychiatric pathology of some patients or about situations of frank consumer terrorism) is the discrepancy between the final result and the visual picture in the patient's head.

If we talk about the reasons for the discrepancy between expectations and reality, then in this case they can be divided into several types.

And, of course, the most unpleasant reason is the patients' mental disorders. And let the official medical statistics state that only 2.5% of the population suffers from bipolar disorders, but among our patients this rate is clearly higher.
