The art of trichopigmentation: about the unique technique of Adi Shendel

Tricopigmentation is the art of simulating hair growth using micropigmentation techniques. With its help, you can compensate for the appearance of missing hair on the head and hide baldness. To date, statistics are such that 50-60% of men and 35-45% of women suffer from baldness (complete or partial). Many are looking for solutions to this problem and are faced with a variety of proposals. Massages, injections, various hair growth stimulants give a short-lived and hardly visible result. The alternative is hair transplant. But the problem is that this method is painful, expensive and takes a long time to recover. The success rate of hair transplants and other medical procedures is low, and additional procedures are often required, and clients continue to worry about their hair.

Real effect

Unlike such a cardinal decision as a hair transplant operation, trichopigmentation allows you to quickly and painlessly get an amazing result, very close to reality, by imitating the appearance of a hair follicle on the scalp. The undoubted advantages of trichopigmentation include creating the appearance of denser and thicker hair, a natural frontal hairline and side profiles (temples), masking the symptoms of baldness, camouflage of scars after hair transplantation, as well as burns and scars as a result of accidents.

Before and after the trichopigmentation procedure

Like any other PM procedure, trichopigmentation has some contraindications. These are diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, herpes in the acute stage, local dermatitis, scars in the stabilization stage, chemotherapy, radio and laser therapy, keloid scars, postoperative and painful condition.

With proper use of this technique, even on clients who are completely bald, the result looks as natural as possible. Small dots imitating natural short hairs allow you to enjoy this effect from 1 to 3 years.

Tricopigmentation in action

The technique is fast and painless, does not leave side effects, such as scars, scars, does not provoke hair loss. The process is divided into several stages. During the first visit (the session lasts 2-4 hours), the master will perform the main part of the work. After that, you will have to spend another 2-3 sessions (lasting 1-2 hours) with an interval of a week to work out the details and correct the result. Thus, the final result can be obtained in 3-4 weeks.

Visually, after a week, the skin looks healed, however, the process of pigment engraftment in the body continues, and complete healing occurs after 30 days. During this period, it is necessary to adhere to a number of conditions: in particular, do not visit the pool, baths, solariums, use sunscreens containing more than 30 SPF units.

What does trichopigmentation look like after healing? In a healthy person, follicles are located at a frequency of 90 to 170 microns in diameter. Although there is a slight difference between the point of application of trichopigmentation and your hair follicle. It is insignificant, and clients note that even from a very close distance, their friends and relatives cannot tell where is real hair and where is pigmented.

Important! For PM of the scalp, conventional permanent or tattoo pigments cannot be used. They are designed for relatively dry skin, while the scalp has a lot of sebaceous and sweat glands. Normal pigments on such skin will quickly change color, and the contours will begin to blur. A&ISchendel is a brand that has successfully established itself in the Ukrainian market of PM pigments. Preparation for the procedure

Before the procedure, it is necessary to conduct a consultation, at which the client must tell the history of hair loss, whether he was treated, what diagnosis is made by trichologists. Tricopigmentation can be carried out only if the scalp is not inflamed, there are no rashes, foci of irritation and sunburn on it. The day before the procedure, it is not recommended to smoke, drink coffee or alcohol, take blood thinners. There are few nerve endings on the scalp, so usually trichopigmentation does not require anesthesia.

Next, the color of the pigment is selected. The A&ISchendel palette contains 6 basic colors, and whatever the client's natural hair color, you will find the right shade. Usually, allergy tests are also carried out at the initial stage, although pigment allergy is a very rare phenomenon.

The main stage of preparation is the development of a sketch. Together with the client, we determine where the future hairline will be located. Be sure to take into account the shape of the client's face in order to balance it with the shape of the hair growth. With the drawing of the contour, special rulers from A&ISchendel will help you quickly cope.

Although this procedure is suitable for most PM devices, it must be remembered that in order to apply pigment to the scalp, a device with the most accurate needle stroke, without lateral vibration, is needed. The needle (I recommend 1-RL, diameter 0.25) should accurately and atraumatically apply the pigment to the scalp.

For the most natural effect, a specially designed pigment injection system is used, in which the process of hair replication and growth is considered and thought out in detail, the needle size, depth and degree of penetration, pattern, skin tension, distance between punctures, pigment distribution and much more are taken into account, after which it is modeled real picture of hair follicles. Post-procedure care

Immediately after the procedure, the scalp will look reddened, slight discomfort is possible. Primary healing takes 3-7 days. These days the color will appear, the result will appear darker and brighter. Do not worry - this is not a mistake of the master, but a completely natural effect. After 3–7 days, the process of slight exfoliation of the skin begins, and the applied pigment brightens.

On this occasion, we can say that the trichopigmentation technique is not irreversible, but will help the client overcome their complexes and problems of hair loss.

The intensity of the color of the pigment after the procedure is one of the most common questions that concern clients. Over time, the hair can turn gray and is it necessary to remove the pigment from the head? As a rule, this is not necessary. The effect of correctly pigmented dots blends perfectly with the natural look and color of the hair. Some clients who suffer from long-term hair loss tend to darken the color immediately in order to get what they think is a reliable result. In fact, the result is visible even in bright colors, and a more rigid study in certain areas can harm, rather than solve the problem.

This is a highly developed form of cosmetic pigmentation, the result of which affects the client's life, as a change in appearance leads to changes in worldview, getting rid of chronic complexes. Combining all the subtleties of work, drawing a sketch, seeing the general image of the client, taking into account all the psychological aspects, each PM master can successfully expand the range of his services by introducing a new, but soon such a popular scalp pigmentation technique.
