All women know how hard it is sometimes to do makeup and achieve the perfect result. Why do you never get perfectly even eyebrows? The reason is asymmetry. But is it really necessary to achieve the ideal?

All women know how hard it is sometimes to do makeup and achieve the perfect result. Why do you never get perfectly even eyebrows? The reason is asymmetry.

It is very easy to check how asymmetrical your face is: sit down so that your face is evenly lit and take a photo. Draw a vertical line down the center of your face and compare the two halves. With slight asymmetry, the difference between the right and left halves is almost imperceptible. A slight unevenness of the eyebrows, eyelids, corners of the mouth, bulges of the cheeks, a different bend of the skull is a fairly common occurrence. The asymmetry of the face is also affected by the volume of its muscles and fatty tissue.

There are a number of congenital causes and past diseases that affect facial asymmetry:

  • stroke;
  • Bell's palsy;
  • defects in muscle tissue;
  • slow development of the jaws;
  • irregular structure and formation of the skull, etc.

This type of asymmetry is more pronounced and requires treatment under the supervision of specialists.

Acquired asymmetry

We will dwell in more detail on the acquired types of asymmetry. There are some natural factors - habits that may slightly, but still increase the asymmetry of the face:

  • facial expressions;
  • sleeping on the same side (this impairs blood circulation in the muscles and they weaken);
  • visual impairment;
  • bite;
  • clamp of the facial nerve;
  • number of teeth and chewing on one side;
  • various problems with the cervical spine (clamps);
  • carrying a bag on the same shoulder;
  • age changes.

You, most likely, paid attention to the fact that many people raise one eyebrow in surprise, and, smiling, one corner of their mouth. At some point, one eyebrow becomes higher than the other even in a calm state, and nasolabial folds of different sizes lie on both sides of the lips.

With an incorrect bite, the habit of chewing on one side, sleeping on one side, the muscles lose their tone and sagging occurs, which in turn leads to a change in the relief of the face.

Emotions need to be released. If this does not happen, the body fixes the tension as a muscle spasm. Muscle clamp, as a result of the tension experienced by many people, is most clearly manifested on the face. They say correctly: “If you feel tension, relax.” But how can this be achieved?

A well-known fact: in order to maintain a beautiful skin relief, you need to resort to mimic exercises. This exercise does not change your appearance, but simply harmonizes your facial features and tones your muscles.

How to achieve a result with individual asymmetrical features on one of the halves of your face - load one half more than the other? No, this can only overwork the muscles. Everything is much easier! We do exercises equally for both sides of the face. Muscles themselves will strive for perfection.

A very important role in muscle tone and skin tone is the drinking regime, a properly selected diet, sleep and rest, emotional mood. A typical picture of the modern world is to sit or lie down, buried in a smartphone, with a chin beveled to the chest. So do not forget about posture and a raised chin.

Find at least 10 minutes to immerse yourself in this crazy rhythm of life - and you will feel the changes, see how the skin awakens and glows, how the eyebrows, eyelids, corners of the lips rise, the eyes open wider.

Asymmetry and permanent makeup

Can a tattoo correct asymmetry? It is possible, but only if it is insignificant. Correcting a clear, pronounced asymmetry leads to negative consequences.

A professional permanent makeup master never forgets that the human face does not have a clear symmetry. That is why the lines applied during cosmetic procedures are not made symmetrical, but primarily the same.

Important to consider! By creating completely symmetrical shapes, you can significantly degrade the final result. In this case, the risk of severe asymmetry of the entire face increases.

On a normal face, eyebrows or halves of lips that have ideally the same shape, location and length will look at least unnatural. To avoid this, the master creates them taking into account the principle of the "golden section", as well as his own eye and experience.

At the same time, do not forget that absolutely symmetrical people do not exist! Natural asymmetry only emphasizes our individuality.

A slight difference in proportions is subconsciously perceived as the norm. The right half of the face is often larger, rougher - it reflects our masculinity, and the left, reflecting the feminine, on the contrary, is narrower and more delicate. Every woman has a side that she poses for a photo. And this is often the left half of the face.

Slight asymmetry is invisible to the naked eye and gives the appearance of individuality and charm. Remember this, do not lose your zest. You are unique!
