It is strictly forbidden for blondes to do eyebrow tattooing! Are you familiar with this stereotype? Even now, after several decades of permanent makeup development, some fair-haired clients still hold this opinion and believe that their eyebrows will not look natural as a result of the work of a PM master. In the article we will talk about eyebrow tattooing for owners of blond hair and blondes.

All PM masters who have been practicing for more than one year will tell you that girls with blond hair (and, therefore, eyebrows) need additional color accents on their faces like no one else. In some cases, fair-haired eyebrows can be almost invisible, and this immediately affects the expressiveness of the look and the harmony of the face as a whole. But, at the same time, making a high-quality permanent tattoo for a blonde is a rather difficult task for a master. Indeed, even having sufficient experience and quickly coping with drawing a sketch and creating the correct shape of the eyebrows, the master will have to “conjure” for a long time over the selection of the color scheme of the tattoo in order to avoid the slightest danger of red or blue eyebrows in the future.

Make-up laws and eyebrow color for blondes

According to the laws of make-up, which micropigmentation specialists adhere to in their practice, the eyebrows of blondes should be 2-3 shades darker than their “native ones”. If you increase the contrast and make them too dark, the traced hairs will be very different. In addition, you risk getting too vulgar a result.

What do generally recognized experts recommend and what canons of color should be followed?

For natural blondes, light gray or wheaten, with a brown tint, are best suited. For ash blondes, eyebrows of gray tones are suitable. When creating eyebrows for blondes with wheaten hair, use honey, light brown or chestnut (golden chestnut) colors. Chestnut shades are also suitable for fair-haired clients.

Of course, no master can have absolutely all shades of brow pigments in his arsenal, and in most cases you will have to use mixes. In order to properly mix pigments, you need to be a true professional in color. In addition, an important point is the application technique: the pigment layer should not be dense, try to apply the pigment superficially. Then, for sure, the cold ash-blond shade, which is so suitable for the eyebrows of blondes, after healing will look absolutely natural, and will not go into an incomprehensible grayness.

tattoo techniques

Most often, masters prefer to use powder or hair techniques, choosing a method in accordance with the client's skin type, the density of natural hair growth. Also, the choice of technique may be affected by the presence or absence of previously applied permanent makeup or scars in the area of pigmentation.
