Microblading: PhiBrows level

Tatyana, we know that you are the only one in Ukraine who has the status of PhiBrows Master from the Branko Babich Microblading Academy. What new opportunities are opening up for you?

One day I made a choice for myself - to study at one of the best microblading schools in the world. And now I am extremely happy and proud that I can teach new masters in Ukraine this unique technique and issue an international diploma, organize seminars in different cities of our country and beyond.

Tell us in more detail what exactly is unique about this technique and what are the advantages of studying at this school?

I think the work of PhiBrows students does not need a presentation, they can be recognized and fall in love with at a glance: this is the most realistic hair styling, thin and graceful lines, always a perfectly matched shade and, of course, high-quality materials for work that leave the skin, leaving no unpleasant aftertaste.

What are the features of the teaching methodology, how do masters of such a high level turn out?

I want to note that the technique is very complex and it is impossible to master it perfectly in a few days! It is for this purpose that an online platform has been developed, which contains an algorithm for step-by-step development of a manual skill, the teacher remotely controls and directs you. Only after 3-4 months of constant training, daily communication with a teacher, you can get a PhiBrows Artist certificate and a personal logo, start working for clients without fear of making mistakes.

Yes, this is a great opportunity for our masters to receive training of this level without leaving the country. And how did you come to this, what led you to the field of permanent makeup?

I have been working in the beauty industry for a long time, I like to make beautiful clients. I have been a makeup artist for a long time and already had experience in creating eyebrows. Once I saw new PM techniques on the net - and I wanted to make eyebrows as beautiful as I can, only for a long time and at the same time naturally. It was in this direction that I saw my development, because I am sure that success can only be where you give all your best at 100% and at the same time from the heart. Work should bring both financial satisfaction and just make you happy. Especially the awareness of the need for change came after the birth of the first child, when time became even more valuable. And so the desire to become a master of PM was born.

You look great for a working mom! Tell me, is it true that you have two daughters?

Thank you! Perhaps the secret to a good appearance is little sleep and a lot of work. (Laughs). Yes, I am raising two daughters - two inexhaustible sources of energy that inspire me to conquer new heights! The second pregnancy took place during the opening of a new permanent makeup studio, so everything went so quickly and fleetingly that I didn’t have to choose. Work is also my brainchild! I won’t lie that it’s easy to combine work and motherhood, because no one will believe ... I consider myself a woman who wants to be equally successful in all areas.

Great choice! Tell us more about your permanent makeup studio.

Now, in addition to teaching microblading using the PhiBrows technique and distributing products from this manufacturer, I am developing my ArtVisage training center, where we have developed programs on hardware techniques, removing low-quality tattoos, and preparing future masters for the PM industry. I really appreciate it when students choose our center precisely for an individual approach: we focus on small groups and work out the technique with each student with high quality. After all, for me it is a great responsibility to share my experience and knowledge as much as possible and open the door to a new profession for students.

But what about working with clients, do you continue to provide services ?

Yes, of course, I continue. Also, several masters (formerly our students) work fully in our center, because I believe that only a practicing master who daily encounters various cases, communicates directly with clients and transmits not only a dry theory, but his personal practical experience, can teach in a quality manner.

What would you like to advise those who do not dare to change and do not listen to their hearts?

I don’t like to give advice, but I can say for sure that I didn’t regret for a second that I chose the profession of a permanent makeup master and learned the technique of Branko Babić at PhiBrows Academy! I enjoy what I do, I like the result of my efforts, I like to bring beauty and harmony to the world, I like that I am an example for many and an incentive to realize myself in my favorite direction. Therefore, I want to say that you must definitely try, look for yourself and believe that everything will work out. Self-discipline, hard work and faith in your goal - these are the qualities that led me to success!
