Beauty Business Day: development for beauty industry professionals

In the realities of the Ukrainian economy, in order to successfully compete in the beauty market, it is not enough for a master to be just a good specialist. This trend is confirmed by numerous studies of consulting companies and industry exhibitions.

The Beauty Business Day forum will reveal the most severe pains of masters and owners of the salon business, as well as provide answers to questions from the best industry experts.

The beauty industry in Ukraine is showing dynamic growth. At the same time, against the backdrop of increasing demand, the salon business cannot always provide the proper quality of service. The bulk of customers pay attention to the price and turn to craftsmen who work “in the shadows” and do not have the proper level of qualification.

The masters who serve on the stream of clients in the salon are not properly motivated and do not develop. As a result, salon owners are losing profits, there is staff turnover and there is a growing need to constantly invest in advertising to find new customers.
