Smooth styling with a parting: how easy it is to create?
Slick and smooth

Sleek styling on loose hair is a classic on the catwalks at Fashion Week and beyond. Every year its relevance, oddly enough, does not go away. Therefore, we tell you how easy it is to create a smooth hairstyle!
Sleekly styled hair is a typical fashion week runway classic in the best sense of the word. Every year, almost all brands show models in super-smooth or slightly messy hair looks.
First of all, this is a universal styling that will suit any look in the collection and even the entire collection. Secondly, it doesn’t take much time for the craftsmen working at Fashion Week to create it: 2-3 minutes and even less if the hair is short. Also, mostly on the catwalk makeup looks are much brighter, and this hairstyle helps to draw attention to the hair and clothes.
To create a smooth styling - be it loose hair, a ponytail or a parted bun, the stylist will need only a few styling products and clear instructions for action.
Styling is best done on damp hair.
Before you start styling smoothly, you need to sprinkle your hair generously with water. This is important when you are working with styling mousse, so the product will be more evenly distributed over the entire length of the hair.
For lasting results - styling mousse
Mousse for smooth styling is not a rule, but a tip for confidence. For a lasting and smooth result, you need to take a fairly large amount of the product and apply it, starting from the roots. Distribute over strands on both sides. It is important to ensure that the mousse lies evenly along the hairline. After spraying, gently spray with water again and comb through hair with a brush for precise distribution.
Parting
A parting is a completely optional element of a smooth styling, but with it it will look much more impressive. This can be a trendy low side parting or a classic even one.
Hair direction
The hair must be carefully combed in the direction of styling, but it is impossible to send the model either onto the catwalk or into the frame with completely wet hair. To do this, you need to separate the lower strands and lay them as close as possible to the scalp in the direction we need. For best results, use a round brush and a hair dryer with a narrow nozzle. You need to hold the hair dryer in the direction of hair cuticle growth - for smoothness. This is how you can easily dry and style your hair at the roots.
If the final look is loose hair, then you can stop there, finishing everything with a varnish with medium or high hold and, for example, finishing the ends of the hair.
Tail
The prepared hair must be sprayed well with hairspray to fix it, but do not completely saturate the hair. Then use a comb to distribute it through your hair from the front diagonally back, away from your face to the side. Next, you need to gather your hair in a ponytail - medium or low, pulling the strands, and comb it. Tie them with an elastic band and spray them with varnish again.
If your hair needs to be stiffened, finish it off with a diamond (don't forget the ponytail).
