On the last day of Milan Fashion Week, we are looking at which hairstyles famous brands have chosen to complement their collections.

Fashion weeks have been trying to adapt to pandemic conditions for several years now. Milan Fashion Week spring-summer 2022 was no exception, but rather a mix of live shows and online shows. However, there were also changes in brand representation, as Valentino and Gucci decided not to participate in the standard schedule.

Unusual brand collaborations have not gone unnoticed either – we are, of course, talking about Versace and Fendi. Let's take a closer look at hair trends from the shows.

Brand Versace

Versace complemented its spring-summer 2022 collections with very laconic, but in unison created, long, even hair extensions with an even parting or collected in the crown area.

Emilio Pucci

The collections of this brand can easily be called the style of “resort thinking”. Such looks will not be complemented by high buns or Hollywood waves, but careless styling with the effect of wet hair or compact braiding will find their place.

Todd's

Minimalism and utilitarianism. This is about the Tod's brand, which also appeared in the hairstyles for the models at the show. In some cases, it seemed like the hair might have taken a break from other brands' designers at this show. Maximum - braids all over the head.

MM6 Maison Margiela

The very extravagant collection from the brand was complemented by rather simple styling. Light waves for long hair with an asymmetrical parting for both female and male models. Hairstyles perfectly fulfill their role in such shows - they do not distract attention from the images.

Missoni

The brand was one of the few to invite models with short haircuts to the show. However, these are not the only hair looks - at the Missoni collection show, a slightly forgotten “stale head” appeared, looking like a 3-4 day hairstyle.

Giorgio Armani

For their show they used unusual and very innovative forms both in clothing and winding styles for short and long hair.

Brunello Cucinelli

Although this brand's images were predominantly with hats and hair accessories, among the short haircuts, a hairstyle in the style of the 70s stood out, namely the sesson, or as this shape is correctly called, a round haircut using the line technique.

Max Mara

On the brand's catwalk, the models were remembered by the public for their large volumes on long hair and headbands.

Sportmax

Romantic looks with a loose fit in light floral shades and prints. The creators of this cottagecore decided not to overdo it and left the models with their natural structures as much as possible: curly hair, wavy hair, short afro and dreadlocks.

Fendi

Glamor and luxury - this is what every Fendi brand show is associated with, and Milan Fashion Week was no exception. Stylish looks, bright makeup and... mostly laconic hairstyles: ponytails, perfectly combed back hair or long hair tied up at the temples with invisible hair.
