Cosmetics brand BECCA announced closure

The pandemic has affected many areas of business and, in particular, the beauty industry. Some brands are forced to go out of business, and unfortunately, BECCA is one of them. The cosmetics brand, known throughout the world for its highlighters, which definitely influenced the emergence of a sparkling beauty trend, will stop operating at the end of September this year.

A post on the brand’s Instagram account states:

“The global pandemic has affected everyone around the world on many levels. She has also had a huge impact on so many businesses. "BECCA has faced many challenges due to the global impact of COVID-19 - unfortunately more than our business can handle and we have had to make the heartbreaking decision to close the brand at the end of September 2021."

Fans of the company reacted to the statement with sad messages and once again confessed their love for the brand’s products, and especially the cult highlighter BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in the beautiful shade Champagne Pop, which, without a doubt, became the star product of the era of radiant makeup and for some time was the best-selling highlighter in USA.

And although BECCA is best known for its highlighters, it also made beautiful foundations, lipsticks and other beauty products.
