Avant-garde looks in The Creatures collection
Inspired by Persephone
Dreadlocks made of pearls, textured waves and a huge number of different jewelry - this is exactly what should be in the fashion avant-garde. After all, this style is not for every day, is it?
The Creatures is a new collection from multiple award winning hairdresser Danny Pato. He was inspired to create The Creatures by the image of Persephone, the goddess of fertility and the kingdom of the dead, the mistress of the underworld. According to Greek mythology, Persephone was the daughter of Zeus: formidable, venerable, majestic, she directed the curses of people on the souls of the dead. Her image is clearly reflected in the collection - black hair with contrasting textures is decorated with feathers, leaves, diamonds and pearls.
Danny Pato created The Creatures collection as part of the 2019/2020 AIPP Grand Trophy after becoming the first New Zealander to win the AIPP competition.
