The duration of the procedure is 15–20 minutes. 9. Massage with hot herbal bags through silk Massage with herbal bags is carried out in combination with manual massage techniques through silk fabric. Herbal bags steamed in a double boiler are an element of thermal and phytoaromatherapy. Silk will give the client a feeling of lightness, and hot herbal bags will affect not only the muscles and skin, but also the psychosomatic state of the client. This combination will significantly enhance both the therapeutic and cosmetic effect compared to manual massage. 30 minutes before the start of the procedure, steam the herbal bags and prepare the couch or massage table.
