You should not act on the inner upper surface of the thighs, as well as on the lower third of the inner surface of the lower leg, since many biologically active points that are associated with the uterus and pelvic muscles are concentrated here. At the same time, it is important to work the calf muscle well. Hand massage is also performed from the periphery to the center, working on each finger, palm, forearm and shoulder. As for massaging the front surface, it is necessary to use only stroking, and the movements should be very soft, smooth and rhythmic. This is especially true for the abdominal area. By the way, many experts completely exclude and do not recommend any influence on the abdomen by a specialist, leaving this care to future parents. In the last trimester of pregnancy, as well as in the postpartum period, massage of the mammary glands is possible.
