Keeping a client card by a cosmetologist: samples
How to make a detailed client card
In order to eliminate all risks, a competent specialist must collect a complete history of the patient and eliminate all possible contraindications for the procedure. Let's consider how to properly maintain a patient card in a cosmetologist's office.
Oksana Levchenko, pharmacist-cosmetologist (Ukraine)
Recently, more and more often situations arise when cosmetologists try to explain why the procedure, performed not for the first time, has a negative result for the client's skin. And the excuses are different - from the products the client ate for dinner to the planets of the solar system. It seems that the situation has been clarified, the culprit has been identified, the client, although dissatisfied, is calm. This is, of course, if the cosmetologist has the gift of persuasion and eloquence.
But, unfortunately, this is not a defining quality of our specialty. To reduce the number of such situations, a competent approach and keeping documentation about the client is necessary - this will give huge advantages and prevent unforeseen results. Such a tactic will allow cosmetologists to know in advance where they can stumble - and in the worst case "straw the straw", and in the best case - not to fall.
So, I want to present to you a comprehensive, in my opinion, client card, with explanations of contraindications and the reasons for the importance of the described points, so that the cosmetologist is informed about these pathologies and the possible consequences that neglecting this information can lead to.
