Global Wellness Day (GWD) is an international initiative that annually unites thousands of people around the world, emphasizing the importance of physical and mental health. This day is celebrated in more than 50 countries, including Ukraine, where it has become an important part of social and cultural activity. GWD is a system of events held to raise awareness of wellness practices and provide support to those who want to live a healthier life. Several years ago, Ukraine officially joined the global initiative.

The event, which will take place on June 14, 2025, will be part of a large-scale celebration of Global Wellness Day, which will take place around the world. This year in Ukraine, it will focus on supporting military families and war-affected children. The main goal of the event is "Recovery through Care", emphasizing the importance of support in this difficult time, teaching simple and effective practices for restoring physical, emotional and mental health.

The event in Kyiv is aimed at creating a safe and resourceful space for families who have experienced traumatic events. Participants will be able to gain skills to overcome PTSD, loss, anxiety and adapt to civilian life.
