The article presents an analysis of complex patient management tactics. Attention is focused on large wrinkled (deformation) type of aging, subtype "increase of subcutaneous fat fibers".

This morphotype is characterized by:

  • by changing (increasing) the thickness of subcutaneous fat (subcutaneous adipose tissue);
  • change in muscle tone;
  • gravitational ptosis of varying severity;
  • pronounced deep nasolabial folds, overhanging cheeks – hypertrophied and downwardly displaced fat compartments.
