Aesthetic medicine of the mammary glands: algorithms for choosing professional care
Breast aesthetics 360°: from topical therapy to non-invasive lifting

Fluctuations in hormonal levels and weight, lactation, excessive sun exposure – these and many other things will certainly affect the shape of your bust. Let’s talk about how to care for your breast skin to maintain its tone and elasticity.
The aesthetic component of the appearance of the mammary glands is determined by the condition and type of skin and the amount of subcutaneous fat. The skin bears the main load, and, accordingly, the main problems with the mammary gland, such as ptosis, stretch marks, etc., are 95% skin problems. The skin, Cooper's ligaments are the main frame in which the mammary glands are held. With age, Cooper's ligaments lose elasticity, stretch, as a result of which the breasts lose shape and elasticity. Approximately by the age of 50, with the onset of menopause, glandular and connective tissue are replaced by fat, and the mammary glands gradually involute. Pregnancy and lactation also affect the shape of the breasts and nipples.
Cosmetic ingredients
Bust and décolleté care involves the stages of classic facial skin care. Moreover, the initial role is played by cleansing agents - both for the delicate removal of surface impurities, and those that contribute to the removal of dead cells of the epidermis, stimulating microcirculation (scrubs, gommages, rolling).
In order to increase the effectiveness of preparations for increasing the tone and elasticity of the skin of the bust and décolleté, many laboratories add whey to creams, lotions, serums and gels - a valuable source of biologically active substances, which are divided, in turn, into three groups.
The first is albumins and amino acids, which are not only a building material, but also provide an excellent moisturizing effect, as well as the effect of mechanical lifting. The second group includes low-molecular proteins, such as lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, which have immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory effects, activate the antioxidant system, stimulate the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans in the dermis, which is very important in caring for this area, where depletion is observed. The third group of proteins is the so-called growth factors (mitogens) and cytokines.
