The author's method for correcting wrinkles, Wrinkle Removal. Skin rejuvenation can be considered an alternative to the use of botulinum toxin. The results can be noticed immediately after the first procedure: the oval of the face becomes much clearer, puffiness decreases, circles under the eyes disappear, a healthy complexion appears, even chronic migraines disappear.

But to achieve a lasting result, you should undergo from 5 to 10 sessions. The interval is individual for different categories of patients:

50+ means 7-10 sessions every 3 months;

40+ - 4-7 sessions every 5 months;

30+ – a course of 5 sessions every 7-8 months is enough;

To prevent the appearance of wrinkles, it is enough to undergo 3 sessions once a year.

The duration of the procedure is 30-60 minutes, depending on the age category and the depth of wrinkles.

Aesthetic manual facial plastic surgery has shown itself to be excellent in working on wrinkles - superficial, middle and even deep. The most important point is that there are no complications after this technique. It intensively stimulates collagen production, even without the use of expensive professional massage creams.

Note: for oily skin we work with talc.

This type of massage is indicated not only for older clients, but also for younger ones aged 30+. Every muscle and lymphatic vessels are intensively worked out, the skin seems to “come to life”. The technique affects biologically active points that are responsible for the functioning of the genitourinary system, digestive tract, cardiovascular system, and central nervous system. Thus, it works almost instantly not only for rejuvenation, but also for the improvement of the body as a whole.

This technique has virtually no contraindications, with the exception of: hypertension, inflammatory skin diseases in the active phase, individual intolerance to the massage itself.

Algorithm for carrying out the technique

Preparing the patient's skin: makeup removal.

For massage we use talc (if the skin is oily or combination), and massage oil (if normal or dry).

Method 1. Stroking (along massage lines).

Reception 2.

"Astonishment". This technique works well both in preventing the appearance of forehead wrinkles and in correcting them: We place our palms on the patient’s forehead, placing them just above the eyebrow line, pressing tightly. We ask you to express an emotion of surprise and ask to return to the original position of a relaxed state. Repeat 5 times. The essence of this technique is to create resistance; it has shown itself well in the fight against existing horizontal wrinkles.

Technique 3. “Spiral”. Spiral stroking of forehead wrinkles with fingertips. The movements are intense, we achieve slight hyperemia. There should be no feeling of discomfort or pain! Repeat 5 times. The essence of this technique: blood flow improves in the area of each of the wrinkles, actively working on them, thereby reducing their depth (or preventing their appearance).

Reception 4.

"Open view." We place one palm on the temple area, bend the fingers of the other hand (we work with the phalanges of the fingers). We work the outer upper part of the orbicularis oculi muscle (we touch the eyebrow - as if we are trying to raise it, make the gaze open). This technique has worked well for ptosis.

Reception 5.

"Point orbital". Aimed at preventing or eliminating puffiness around the eyes. From the inner edge of the eye, using not very intense pressure, dotted and dotted, slightly stretching the skin around the eyes, we move to the outer corner of the eyes, fixing it at the temple, holding it in this position for up to 7 seconds. Upon completion, rub with your fingertips.

Reception 6.

"Pyramid". This technique is aimed at combating nasolabial folds and modeling the cheekbone area: we connect the fingers so that they touch each other (there should be no distance between them). The fingers are pressed tightly together (little finger with little finger, ring finger with ring finger, middle finger with middle finger, index finger with index finger), fix them and press them tightly in the area of the nose, wings of the nose, below the bridge of the nose, creating the “top of the pyramid.” The second two thumbs go behind the chin area, fix them at the bottom. Then we slowly separate the fingers, pressing them tightly to the skin (the movement is directed towards the temporal region). The essence of this technique is that excess fluid is well “dispelled”, nasolabial folds are smoothed out well, and the cheekbone area becomes clearer. This technique proved to be excellent in the fight against “bulldog cheeks.” We train the muscles well, promoting their deep warming up. Repeat 5 times.

Reception 7.

"Crescent". This technique is aimed at prevention, as well as correction of already formed eyebrow wrinkles, working on the so-called “proud muscle”. We fix the eyebrow wrinkle with the index and middle finger, and go along the wrinkle itself, making a crescent, as it were, turning towards the very beginning of the eyebrows. This technique works well: there is a decrease in the depth and size of the wrinkle itself. Repeat 5 times.

Reception 8.

"Pendulum". Using the phalanges of the fingers, pendulum-like, we “erase wrinkles,” moving from right to left. Repeat 5 times. This movement can also be carried out in the area of crow's feet formation.

Reception 9.

"Smile". This technique has proven itself well in the fight against “puppet wrinkles.” We fix the index and middle fingers above the upper lip (the upper part of the orbicularis oris muscle) and begin to intensively stretch the skin, separating the fingers from each other, reaching the corners of the mouth, lifting them, fixing them for 7 seconds. Repeat 5 times.

Reception 10.

“Alternatingly plucked.” This movement is aimed at correcting wrinkles above the lower lip. Using your index finger and thumb, make pinch movements in the chin area, grabbing the wrinkle. Movements are directed from top to bottom. Repeat 5 times.

The final stage: stroking along the massage lines.

These techniques have worked well in my practice. No one has ever been able to preserve youth forever, but prolonging it is quite possible.
